Airport Industrial Lockups

Client: Humphries Developments
Resonant were involved with the development of 18 individual freehold titled workshop/lock ups at the Palmerston North Airport industrial precinct. From the structural design through to the civil engineering design and monitoring we were involved from the conceptual stage right through to completion.
Working closely with the clients Humphries Developments and the main contractor Humphries Construction we were able to create the complex subdivision that enabled 18 individual titles. This required a holistic approach that incorporated a number of complex easements creating the ability to have individual ownership as well as shared access and other shared spaces. Resonant’s expertise in surveying and their understanding the intricacies of creating such a development meant that the client was able to achieve the outcome that they were looking for.
