William has vast experience in earthquake damage assessment and has worked on several strengthening projects, with a strong understanding of new laws that have been introduced since the Christchurch earthquake. He applies his skills and knowledge to a variety of structural engineering projects including residential and commercial structures.

• Design of complex low rise residential, commercial and educational sector buildings
• Design steel, concrete, timber and poly panel buildings
• Seismic assessment and upgrade design
• Construction monitoring at CM3 level
